2. Products and Descriptions
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, specifications and pricing are accurate. However, due to the nature of foam manufacturing, slight variations in colour, appearance or feel may occur and do not constitute a fault.
All foam firmness descriptions are provided as a guide only. Final comfort and performance may vary depending on thickness, layering and application.
3. Custom Cut-to-Size Products
Cut-to-size foam products are manufactured to the measurements and specifications provided by the customer.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring all measurements and details are correct before placing an order.
- Custom-made products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty or do not meet the agreed specifications.
- Changes or cancellations cannot be made once manufacturing has commenced.
4. Ready-Made Products
Ready-made products such as mattresses, pillows, overlays and mobility aides are subject to availability. Product images are for illustrative purposes only.
Returns for ready-made products are assessed in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
5. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST unless stated otherwise. Prices may change without notice.
Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. We use secure payment gateways to process transactions. Enviro-Foam does not store credit card details.
6. Manufacturing Timeframes
Standard manufacturing time for cut-to-size foam orders is up to 5 business days, unless otherwise advised. Timeframes may vary during peak periods, public holidays or factory closures.
We will notify you if your order requires additional time.
7. Delivery and Collection
Customers may choose to collect their order or arrange delivery at checkout.
- Delivery timeframes vary depending on location and carrier.
- Enviro-Foam is not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery providers.
- Customers will be contacted when orders are ready for collection.
8. Returns, Refunds and Faulty Goods
Enviro-Foam complies with Australian Consumer Law.
- Custom cut-to-size foam is non-returnable unless faulty.
- Ready-made products may be returned if faulty or not as described.
- Proof of purchase is required for all return or refund requests.

9. Environmental Recycling Policy
Enviro-Foam supports a whole-of-product-life approach. Customers may return Enviro-Foam products for environmentally sensitive recycling. Transport and handling costs may apply unless otherwise stated.
