Our aim is to produce some of the most resilient and environmentally responsible foam in Australia while continually improving our processes to protect the environment for future generations.
The first Enviro-Foam™ factory opened in 1988, founded on a pioneering approach to foam manufacturing. At the time, Enviro-Foam was the first company to produce flexible polyurethane foam without the use of fluorocarbons. This commitment to cleaner production formed the foundation of our brand and continues to guide our environmental decisions today.
Our Queensland manufacturing facility has been operating for over 20 years and remains central to our mission of local, responsible production.
Environmentally Responsible Manufacturing
All Enviro-Foam products are manufactured as part of the Natritex Group using advanced Active Seal™ and Super Mix Technologies™. Independent testing has demonstrated virtually no emissions from our foam manufacturing process, positioning Natritex Group among the most environmentally responsible foam and mattress manufacturers in Australia.
Our production methods follow world-leading environmental practices in foam manufacturing. We do not compromise quality or sustainability by adding unnecessary materials or harmful substances.
Clean Foam Production Standards
Enviro-Foam foam is produced without the use of:
- Solvents
- Chlorofluorocarbons (CFCs)
- Fillers or extenders
- Methylene chloride
- Added carbon dioxide
By eliminating these substances, we help protect air quality, reduce environmental harm and create a cleaner, safer foam product for everyday use.
Local Manufacturing
All Enviro-Foam products are manufactured on-site at our Clontarf factory on the north side of Brisbane. Local production allows us to maintain strict quality control, reduce transport-related emissions and support Australian manufacturing and employment.
