Enviro-Foam is an Australian-made foam range manufactured in Brisbane using a clean, low-emission process. Our foam is designed for comfort, durability and environmental responsibility and is available both cut to size and as ready-made products.

We offer two main product types:

Cut-to-size foam, custom cut to your exact measurements and shape

Ready-made foam products, including mattresses, pillows, overlays, mattress toppers, seat cushions and mobility aides

All products are made using the same Enviro-Foam quality standards.

Yes. Enviro-Foam specialises in custom cut-to-size foam. You can order standard rectangles or custom shapes by entering your measurements into our online calculator. We cut foam to size for mattresses, cushions, caravans, upholstery, outdoor seating and more.

Each foam grade includes detailed descriptions outlining firmness, density and recommended applications. If you’re unsure, consider how the foam will be used, how often it will be used and the level of support required. You can also contact our team for personalised advice.

Foam density refers to the weight of the foam per cubic metre and influences durability and lifespan. Higher density foams generally offer greater durability and support, while lower density foams are softer and better suited to light or occasional use.

Yes. Enviro-Foam is manufactured using environmentally responsible processes that eliminate harmful chemicals such as CFCs. Our low-emission production helps protect air quality and reduce environmental impact without compromising performance.

Yes. Enviro-Foam supports a whole-of-product-life approach. When you have finished using your Enviro-Foam product, you can return it to us and we will ensure it is recycled in an environmentally sensitive manner.

Unfortunately we cannot accept foam produced by other manufacturers.

Most cut-to-size foam orders are manufactured within 5 business days. Ready-made products are typically available sooner. Our team will contact you once your order is ready for collection or delivery.

Yes. We offer Outdoor Quick Dry Foam designed for outdoor and marine environments. It is fast-draining, breathable and resistant to mould and mildew, making it ideal for outdoor cushions and poolside seating.

Yes. We offer a range of supportive foams and ready-made mobility aides designed to assist with comfort, positioning and pressure relief.

Because cut-to-size foam is custom-made, it cannot be returned unless faulty.
